A private dock in one of the most protected coves in the San Juan Islands.
The existing float is 16 x 10' with 4' of water at a mean high tide. The
mooring buoy has a 6000 lbs. weight. Anchor out a large yacht and use your
skiff to access the dock.
A crescent shaped beach is ideal for smaller boats and launching kayaks.Water flows into this cove across the property from the south from a
seasonal stream. The waterfall across Judd Cove flows most of the year and provides the
peaceful sound of flowing water. Visible from the house and from several
locations on the property. The Land Bank's Judd Cove Preserve is another neighbor on the cove for
additional protected views.
Water is provided by two Eastsound Water memberships and three private wells. Three separate septic tanks serve the buildings with an approved eight
bedroom septic system.
The hand crafted boat or tea house was built by local craftsmen and is
nestled among pear, apple and plums trees on the shoreline. A wood shop and oversized garage with three deep bays (38x33') and an 80' steel
beam spanning the width as a hoist. All lumber was milled on the property. The
east end of the building houses a complete enclosed woodshop. The west end
is open and has plenty of room for your car and/or boat collections.
